As usual, I waited until Valentine's Day to get flowers for my mother in Memphis. I live in Dallas. First I tried the 800-FLOWERS people and they could not guarantee delivery today, but Holliday's Flowers could and the lady on the phone was extremely nice and efficient.

I work at St.Francis Bartlett. When I order flowers for myself and/or family,I have always in the past ordered from Pugh's... June 26th at 445pm , a delivery was left at the nurse's stations while the delivery person "ran" to another patient's room with the delivery.. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful ,we were admiring the arrangement ,smelling it and trying to take a picture of the beautiful flowers. We say the woman coming down the hall ,we were teling her how beautiful they were and we wanted to take a picture of them .She almost pushed one of the nurses oyt of the way , "I'd love to but ,I don"t think I have the time" she said as she "snatched" the flowers off the counter spilling water and depositing leaves on the desk and onthe floor. 2 seconds and your company would have had several new customers and working in 2 different/separate hospitals myself ,your company lost many referrals.... I have used Holliday's a lot and am always amazed at how beautiful my flowers are, my fiance' loves them.

I was greeted by Mr. Wayne Darling. What an absolute pleasure to speak to. I have no concern that the 24 roses I orderd will be anything less then beautiful, delivered on schedule and a delight for the person receiving them. Thank you Wayne, you are awesome. Kate

I would recommend to anyone in the Memphis area. It was such a pleasant experience working with them. They provide exceptional service at a great price.
