I didn't want to go to McAlister's Germantown today due to my many previous negative experiences caused by the uneducated youngsters they hire & general lack of common sense. However, I stupidly decided to risk it. I ordered the following: "turkey & bacon with cheese & mayo on wheat toast with chips & a side of honey mustard - to go." I tried to speak slowly & carefully while giving the ten year old taking the order time to push the right buttons. What I received was: "turkey on a roll with mayo." No cheese, no bacon, no chips, no honey mustard. For the love of christ, what is wrong with you? You can't help that you are stupid but management is even more stupid for hiring you. It's their fault. You should obviously be in school & not working. I cannot fathom how something that simple can be screwed up like that. THEN, while the sandwich was returned to the kitchen to be fixed correctly it was obvious that the staff thought I was the MORON --- god forbid I want a sandwich made correctly, who the hell am I???? So then I got my sandwich & honey mustard (no bag, no chips) literally thrown at me from across the counter. I have never been so disgusted at an eating establishment in my entire life. I will never go back to this place, sandwiches be damned -- & I am telling everyone I know how horrible the staff & service is and I am posting this review on every restaurant review site I can find online. For god’s sake, when you hire people, make sure they are capable of performing their jobs. I know for a fact that I am not the only one who has had such a negative experience at your establishment.

This is an awesome restaurant and one I would recommend to all my family and friends. The food and service are always good.

I think the prices are kind of hight, but the food is great. From their subs to salads, it's good food. And the service is friendly. Be prepared to wait around lunch time.
